If a mod warns you to watch your behavior, especially after observing previously bad behavior and disciplining you for it, but allowing you to come back, it would be wise to just acknowledge you heard their warning and adjust your behavior accordingly. Getting defensive and raising a big stink about being WARNED, which is essentially harmless, will only justify a permaban even more.
